MY ACCOUNT

1. How do I create an account?

> Click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site.

> Click on "Create an Account" button on left side.

> Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

2. How do I edit my account information?

> Click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site.

> Log in to your account.

> To edit your email and/or password, click on "Account Information" under "Account" menu.

> To edit your address and/or phone number, click on "Address Book" under "Account" menu.

3. I forgot my password.

> Click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site.

> Click on "Forgot your Password?" link under login box.

> Enter your email and click Submit.

 

ORDER

1. Has my order shipped?

> Click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site.

> Log in to your account.

> Click the "My Orders" link at the left menu under "Account".

2. How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

> Click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site.

> Log in to your account.

> Click the "My Orders" link at the left menu under "Account".

> Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

3. My order never arrived.

> Click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site.

> Log in to your account.

> Click the "My Orders" link at the left menu under "Account".

> Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

 

PRICING AND BILLING

1. What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all credit and debit cards. You can also pay with your Paypal account.

2. Do I need to have a Paypal Account?

No.

3. Do I have to pay sales tax?

No.

3. When will I be charged for a Pre Order?

A Pre Order is a reservation for a product that has been announced but not yet released. Once you place a Pre Order, you will be charge at that time in order to hold that reservation.
